DELIVERY POLICY

Worldwide delivery is available.  The time and cost of delivery varies depending on location.  All deliveries are made using reputable couriers and are covered by insurance for peace of mind.

TAX & DUTIES POLICY

Purchasers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Ready To Wear:

Ready To Wear garments can be returned within 14 days of purchase (for mail order purchases, the 14 days applies from the date the garment is delivered to its destination) for refund or exchange.  The returned item must not show any signs of use (wear, cleaning etc) and must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.  Once the returned item has been received and approved as unworn and in the original packaging, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the garment or send the requested exchange (subject to stock availability).

Made To Measure / Bespoke:

Please note that the right to cancel and return goods for a refund does not apply to Made To Measure or Bespoke purchases.  In the event of a cancelled order relating to Made To Measure or Bespoke services, Cromford Leather shall retain the 50% non-refundable deposit paid by the customer for all expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item under the terms of the Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy, please send an email to [email protected] to advise us of your return.  Please note that Cromford Leather do not cover the cost of returns.  Goods must be returned in their original condition, to Cromford Leather Co. 56 Chiltern Street, London, W1U 7QY, United Kingdom.
